Going on a lion hunt to zabawa w powtarzanie.

Dzieci naśladują po nauczycielu jak echo.

Aby dzieciom było łatwiej powtarzać, nauczyciel wypowiada swoje zdania rytmicznie – „chantuje” oraz wystukuje rytm na kolanach.

Dzieci mówiąc swoją rolę również wystukują rytm na kolanach.

W niektórych miejscach pokazywane są inne gesty: np. open the door – udajemy że otwieramy drzwi albo tall grass, gdzie pokazujemy jak wysoka jest trawa.

Do tekstu przydatne są rysunki.

Mogą to być albo proste ilustracje na kartkach, które można dzieciom pokazać przed mówieniem historii.

Można też zrobić rysunki ze sztywniejszego materiału, np. z pianki i przyczepiać je do podstawy na rzepy.
